About Mark Lotito
Associate General Counsel Mark Lotito graduated from Hamilton College in 1998 with a degree in History, from Dowling College in 2001 with an MBA in Banking and Finance and from Touro Law in 2006. He is admitted to the New York State Bar. His practice has focused exclusively as in house counsel at both a Fortune 500 software company for over 7 years and at an emerging growth company and has been involved in, and successfully completed, hundreds of complex contract negotiations with other multinational corporations. Mark and his wife Susan live in the Tampa area with their sons Tyler and Salvatore. They are actively involved in multiple community organizations. Susan is a 4th grade teacher at Bevis Elementary School and Mark is a coach for local youth organizations. The family enjoys a wide range of outdoor activities including cycling, running, camping, football, hiking, basketball, soccer, and swimming.
