With over 12 years of work experience in project management, I am currently the Director of the Program Management Office (PMO) at Turntide Technologies (Transport BU), a company that is developing breakthrough technology for the electrification of vehicles and machines, transforming how the world consumes energy. I lead a team of program managers who oversee the planning and delivery of projects into numerous sectors (automotive, rail, marine, construction etc.) including bespoke customer developments and off the shelf offerings. I also collaborate with the senior leadership team to align the PMO strategy with the company\'s vision and goals. I have a MSc. in Project Management from Northumbria University as well as APMs Project Management Qualification (PMQ), and I am proficient in project planning, team leadership, risk management, project governance, project delivery skills with a strong background in information systems. I am passionate about sustainability and innovation, and I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment and society through my work at Turntide. Prior to joining Turntide Technologies, I was a Senior Program Manager at BorgWarner Drivetrain Systems, where I managed multiple projects related to hybrid and electric vehicles, and powertrain components.
