Assigned to work within the EMEA business unit to consult on delivering a CRM across EMEA with multiple ERP platforms and disparate processes deployed on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.• Working in a small project team I was responsible for transferring business requirements into actionable solution designs in conjunction with the desired technical stack for Hellermann Tyton and inline with InfoSec and regulatory compliance.• I was responsible for working with each ERP sites to define integration approach and form their data payloads into a consumable model into Azure datalake that was then made available to the consuming systems.• I worked alongside system integrators, software vendors and their 3rd party suppliers along with internal global technical teams to design the overall end to end enterprise architecture both on the data and application side of the overarching solution.• Consulted on best practices for software development lifecycle management, architecture review boards, technical artifacts and supplier selection processes. • I lastly consulted on transition methods to build a team that maintained the delivered functionality long term.
