I’ve spent most of my career in senior operational and leadership roles, working closely with individuals, teams, and clients across education recruitment and other client-facing industries.Alongside operational responsibility, much of my work involved supporting individuals through change — mentoring, coaching, and creating space for people to think things through during periods of uncertainty and pressure.I’m now developing an experience-led coaching practice, drawing on lived experience rather than models, and focused on creating calm, grounded space for reflection and honest conversation.
