I am the Head of Facilities for Safestore a pan European self storage company, currently working in 6 countries, Safestore is the biggest in the UK and second biggest in Europe. I manage a large team whos dedicated focus is to get the best out of each one of our buildings, utilising a strong contractor base and managing all of our works on a CAFM system we successful manage tens of thousands of FM jobs per annum. I manage the OPEX and CAPEX budget, planning for 10 years ahead, utisilising our CAFM system for future failure rate on crucial assets. I also manage Health and Safety for the group across out estate via my team, this has been seamlessly integrated into our EQGS and CAFM systems
