WORK HISTORY
Group Chief Executive Officer @Jack Pennington Ltd
Shipley, GB
Before joining Jack Pennington Ltd as Group CEO, I began my career as an architect in Scotland and completed my Masters at the University of Dundee. My professional journey swiftly moved into the building services sector, with a strong focus on three-dimensional modelling, energy efficient systems, and practical maintainable design. My architectural background means I often have considered the finished aesthetic of a project earlier in the process, while my contracting background has allowed me to review the more practical constraints of construction. This has consistently led to enhanced outcomes and better experiences for end users.Previously, I served as Technical Director for a national contracting business, where I led large-scale mechanical and electrical projects. I have been comfortable with complex system design and thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams—always valuing the practical insights of on-site teams to deliver projects to the highest standards. For the past ten years I started by own successful consultancy practice, a business entirely build on its word of mouth reputation. Within which we have worked on some brilliant projects and I’m proud to say have a great relationship with all our customers. I have now sold this business and wish it every success in the future. My drive now is to push my skills and background into the group of businesses, focusing on our clients delivering the customer service they expect, ensuring day in day out we regularly under promise and over deliver.
