I programme manage a portfolio of major capital projects (currently 10) which include relocation, redevelopment and asset replacement (each with a capital value of up to £750k) with responsibility for production of the Business Case, progress reporting and stakeholder management, through to project implementation through third party suppliers and review. I am also responsible for a separate portfolio of minor capital projects (each up to a capital value of £75k) from production of the Business Case, progress reporting and stakeholder management, through to project implementation and review. This involves leading and developing a national team of Project Managers and working with a key third party TFM provider to support project delivery.I use and am fully proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and ProjectI have NPPV level 3 security clearance with BTP.
