Verde is a growing company, and my Director Role will support our co-founders, overseeing the expansion of the business. The role will include oversight of the strategic development of the business, in partnership with the founders and the Verde Senior Team. The longer-term responsibilities, include the development of strategies that help Verde diversify it’s range of services to meet existing / new client’s requirements and allow Verde to reach into new markets. I will collaborate with and support the founders in setting and driving organizational vision and mission, developing operational strategies and business planning with the aim of growing the business year on year. The role will include supporting company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive, so that organizational goals are met. I will translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning. To do this, I will support effective recruitment, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and staff retention. Our people will be our biggest success.We will ensure, through the proactive development of strategies that support Verde and it’s clients we will connect them to service providers, funders and partners that can help Verde deliver on its Mission & Vision.
