ABOUT MARK LAPPIN
I am a hardworking and organized individual with exceptional communication skills and strong attention to detail. I am personable and able to solve problems with innovative solutions. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama with a major in Management and a Minor in Computer Science. My first experience with customer service and account management was through my time as a graduate assistant in the corporate partnership department with the Buffalo Bills. I advanced my career working for the Charlotte Checkers Hockey Organization as the Senior Director of Ticket Sales. I worked with Checkers fans through selling and service to guarantee they have the best experience possible. I am currently a Sales Manager with KHI Management, a division of Kevin Harvick Inc, where I work with all of our clients to sell and service corporate sponsors. When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, playing golf, and attending concerts.
