I am a partner and Employment lawyer by background. As from 1 August 2017, I have led Weightmans new national client training service.\\\\n\\\\nI have a broad range of experience in both non-contentious and contentious employment matters, providing policy and operational advice to public and private sector clients on a range of issues, including: industrial relations, diversity (with a particular emphasis on disability discrimination), the management of sickness absence, performance and capability, equal pay, misconduct and diverse contractual issues.\\\\n\\\\nI am an experienced provider of staff training from Board level to the front line and I also provide training to a variety of organisations, including the Royal Society of Public Health\'s Occupational Medicine course on disability and long term sickness absence issues. In addition, I am an Honorary Fellow (and member of the ethics committee) of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. I am also a former member of the Law Society’s Equality & Diversity Committee and was a trustee of the national disability charity,\'Changing Faces\' between 2005 and 2021.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
