ABOUT MARK LANCASTER
I am an experienced scientist in multi disciplinary fields. Beginning my career as a microbiology researcher led me 15 years ago to the Scotch whisky industry where I have discovered a passion not only for the production processes involved but the spirit itself in its myriad of forms. Moving from a science based role in the analysis of whiskies and other spirits, raw materials and processes of production to a managerial position dealing with the day to day running of a large grain distillery. Finally taking responsibility as Distillery manager at Invergordon Grain Distillery and The Dalmore Distillery.Currently Distillery Manager at The Dalmore focusing on the production of our world class spirit.
