With over 25 years of leadership experience across commercial, operations, and engineering roles, I have led transformation in high-tech manufacturing environments serving OEMs across regulated and industrial markets, including medical, defense, aerospace, and transportation.As Vice President and General Manager, I held full P&L responsibility for a $100M advanced manufacturing operation. My focus was on profitable growth, operational execution, and expanding capabilities in highly regulated markets through disciplined leadership and strong customer partnerships.I am known for building effective leadership teams and scalable organizations. I developed and led a senior leadership team spanning supply chain, account management, engineering, operations, continuous improvement, and people and culture, creating the structure and accountability needed to support sustained growth.
