About Mark Krewedl

I have managed several multi million dollar projects from start to finish. These projects include both Design Build as well as Plan Spec projects. My goal is to continue assisting owners and developers in analyzing the types of HVAC systems they need for there projects to be versatile and successful. I am current working our Microsoft Campus Expansion Project overseeing the Central Utility Plant and 1 mile distribution loop out to the 17 new buildings for the campus.I spent a couple of focused years working in our sheet metal fabrication shop. I was involved in setting up the process for scheduling and coordinating the fabrication work format upstream of hitting our production lines to ensure they align with the lean principles we are striving to maintain in our projects. Through the work we as a team completed in our database, we were able to manipulate the flow of work through our shop to align with the small batch production model needed to deliver just the right amount of material to the site as needed, versus an entire floor. This has proven to be critical in achieving our company goal of decreased lead times from engineering to production, and even further, to the point of installation in the field.Specialties: Knowledge in both the HVAC and Plumbing Fields of construction. Experiances in Budgeting, Construction Management, Cost Control, Microsoft Office Products, Scheduling, and applying Lean Applications to the construction work process. Manufacturing experience in line organization and data flow from point of conception to point of installation.
