As Director of Employer Development, my job with Berry College is twofold:One priority is to meet and establish partnerships with quality employers, both locally and virtually, to place our students in off campus part time jobs to gain additional work experiences, we can’t offer on campus.Secondarily to that, my job is work hand in hand with our career center, faculty and alumni to intentionally assist our graduating seniors with placement in first destination jobs, post graduation.
