I’m an End User Computing leader focused on the next generation of Windows management: identity-first, cloud-managed, and built for scale. With 20+ years in enterprise endpoint engineering and modernization, I’ve evolved from traditional OS deployment and migration programs into modern platforms centered on Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, Windows Hello for Business, and Windows 365.Focused on reducing friction while increasing control, standardizing device onboarding, tightening security posture, and building repeatable operating models that hold up in real-world complexity. I’m especially interested in Entra-only join strategies, passwordless authentication with Windows Hello for Business, and modern hardware readiness programs that treat driver/firmware management as a product. Not an afterthought.On the leadership side, I’m team-first and execution-driven. I focus on clarity, trust, and outcomes: setting direction without creating noise, removing blockers, and making sure the people doing the work have the support and context they need to succeed. I’m comfortable leading through change, aligning stakeholders, and building momentum, while still staying close enough to the technical details to keep decisions grounded.I bring a pragmatic approach: modernize without breaking the business, automate what should never be manual, and design endpoint platforms that are measurable, supportable, and resilient. If the goal is faster provisioning, stronger identity, better compliance, and a clean path to cloud-first Windows, that’s my lane.
