Business Experience: Ranges from mid level and executive management of small teams, to leading/keynote speaking roles along with innovation and execution leadership in mature and startup ventures in the security, networking, broadcasting, networked video security and video conferencing & collaboration markets. Highly requested \"fun, knowledgeable and energetic\" speaker for large and strategic meetings and events, both internally and publicly. Technical Experience: Ranges from early deployment and support of mini-computer systems, LANs/WANs, and advanced networking solutions; engineering of medium to large scale route/switch, and video-enabled networks; to leading-edge networked video security, video conferencing, collaboration and network/cyber security solutions. 3 patents awarded, 3rd Cisco Consulting SE, One of initial first 500 CCIEs, solo effort won best new product showcase award at major trade show and best booth demonstration at large industry trade show.
