Mark is the Executive of Project Management, Construction & Controls for Walt Disney Imagineering, He is responsible for the global alignment and integration of these three facets of project design and delivery for Disney Parks sites around the world in collaboration with local leadership.In his previous role as Walt Disney World site portfolio executive, Mark led project teams through creative development and delivery for all projects across Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom, in addition to Disney Springs and the Disney Resorts Collection at Walt Disney World. Prior to that, Mark oversaw Imagineering’s architecture, design management, engineering design, landscape architecture, and project management & controls functions, along with project management for the Walt Disney World Resort and Disney Cruise Line portfolios.Mark joined Imagineering in 1994 as an intern/ project coordinator for the design and construction of Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort. Projects completed under Mark’s leadership include Pandora – The World of Avatar, New Fantasyland, Frozen Ever After, Toy Story Mania, Soarin’ Around the World, and Star Wars Launch Bay. He has also contributed to the design, development and construction of several resort hotels, including Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, Disney’s Treehouse Villas at Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, and the Disney Vacation Club expansions at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Disney’s Wilderness Lodge.Mark holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Texas Tech University.Walt Disney Imagineering embodies innovation, storytelling and technical expertise to bring Disney stories, characters and worlds to life, immersing guests from around world in experiences that make memories of a lifetime.
