My background includes many years in the telecom industry leading teams and programs in management, operations, engineering, product management, marketing and sales. I have developed and managed key customer accounts in different segments including Tier 1 telcos, MSOs, small telcos, enterprise customers and channel partners. I\'ve worked with all access technologies and introduced several new technologies to the market. I have managed R&D and business teams in Europe and Asia as well as North America and LAT, being quite familiar with global business practices.

The Fixed Networks portfolio is broad, encompassing a variety of fiber and copper network and CPE products, fixed wireless access solutions and management systems. Customers range from the largest Tier 1 customers to smaller regional operators as well as utility, municipal and open-source network providers.
