SMK\'s focus is on providing eligible investors with attractive returns through commercial income producing real estate. Through the creation of partnerships and syndication’s we are able to achieve passive income and positive cash flow from carefully chosen real estate investments. We target specific asset classes for cash flow including self-storage facilities and mobile home parks both of which have historically performed well in upward and downward trending market cycles.At SMK we place a strong emphasis on risk mitigation with the goal of helping clients earn consistent passive income and creating a truly diversified investment portfolio.Diversification and risk management are created through ownership of multiple properties in multiple regions, rather than traditional real estate investing by putting all your eggs in one basket.
