Lead a global team of 35+ Risk and Control professionals responsible for Legal and Regulatory Change Management (LRCM), horizon scanning, governance monitoring and oversight functions, and quality program standards. Directly accountable for sub-LOB governance and oversight functions, Quality Program Standards and testing tools, and Quality Assurance (QA) testing and reporting. • Directly Responsible for 37 Risk and Control Governance Capabilities, including all functions related to Employee Compliance, Regulatory Operations, Policies and Standards, LRCM and Horizon Scanning, Risk and Impact Assessments, Customer Fairness, and Control Forum Governance.• Lead Quality Program Standards and Testing Tools. Design, implement, and maintain the appropriate standards and testing tools to define roles and responsibilities, testing and accuracy expectations, and ensure consistent reporting.• Lead a Global Team Responsible for QA Testing for lending products across all wholesale lending business verticals. KPIs/KRIs are regularly reported to business operations executives to ensure increased visibility across areas of weakness.Led the risk and controls integration of $170+ Billion hFRB lending portfolio into JPMorgan systems and processes, including residential mortgage, consumer, and commercial products and services. • Actively Partnered with embedded governance, including presenting more than a dozen emerging hFRB lending issues to executive steering committees and weekly risk and controls updates to Commercial Bank executive leadership.• Directly Responsible for Maintaining Continuity of hFRB Operational Control Environment and Regulatory Reporting. Throughout the integration lifecycle, continued to lead the first line of defense Operational Risk Management, Operational Loss Reporting, Issues Management, continuous independent control effectiveness testing, regulatory QA reporting for Lending KYC, flood insurance, HMDA, exam management, and SOX key control testing.
