Responsible for program development and facilitation, team advancement activities, and executive coaching of individual leaders.Patient Experience Shadow Coaching – manage and lead HealthPartners patient experience shadow coaching program. Developed in 2013 and consisting of 15 coaches, this program is a staple activity in the enrichment of clinician/patient interactions and partnerships.
