After 37 years in the Paper Industry, I have decided to use my knowledge and skills to assist other manufacturing businesses in systems and process development, design and implementation and in continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness and drive cost improvements.My core competencies include system implementations, process design work and process development and improvement across the end to end business from manufacturing, supply chain, procurement to commercial initiatives. I have held operational and leadership positions in each of these functional areas, and have implemented large scale projects as project director and project manager for these functions as well. I am interested in offering my project management and leadership skills to identify and implement process and system improvement initiatiives for other businesses.
