In my current role, I oversee and direct the dining operations in two public school districts, within the guidelines of the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), serving over healthy meals daily to our students. Our focus is to enhance the wellbeing and education of all students by providing a healthy, balanced diet allowing them to focus on school and the learning experience. We believe in sound food safety practices supported by a sensible food management system to ensure program sustainability. We also support the Hunger Free Healthy Kids Act through a summer feeding program designed to meet the needs of the local community when kids may not normally have access to a school meal.
