ABOUT MARK JUTSEN

I am a partner in the Finance and Restructuring and Corporate Trust Services Groups. My practice focuses primarily on Corporate Trust matters with a particular focus on corporate debt transactions. I represent financial institutions in project finance transactions, secured and unsecured debt offerings including High Yield, preferred securities, TIA qualified and exempt financings, private placements, Medium Term Note Programmes, syndicated lending transactions, all types of secured debt offerings and escrow arrangements. I work on both domestic cross border and global transactions and am admitted in New York and in Australia (New South Wales).
