Reporting to the IT & Operations Director and responsible for leading the definition and delivery of all Product development together with IT, Operational and Network system deployments, enhancements and transitions. This is done via a mix of Agile methodologies (Jira/Kanban) for software projects and traditional waterfall methodologies for all infrastructure and transition projects. These have included, but are not limited to: Netadmin OSS/BSS/CRM system CRM ticket flow enhancements for Support Desk Enhancements to existing products/capabilities Multi-site/Landlord Product Development Add-On Products (e.g. Fixed/Static IP & Mesh Wi-Fi) Business Product development (Operational process & SLA’s) End of Contract/Contract renewal automation Full platform upgrade to latest version of hardware and software Transition from existing Xero Finance system to Microsoft Business Central Event Monitoring & Management via Libra NMS, Manage Engine & Graphana for enhanced 24/7 NOC capabilities Core Network IPTransformation transition to Subscriber Management (Fixed/Static IP, IPv6 enablement, DNS & DHCP migration and CGNAT implementation) Definition of toob specific Agile & Waterfall methodologies with associated quality and governance mechanisms Supplier Management of partners (Netadmin (CRM/OSS/BSS), 1 Minus 1 (website and portal development), Qube (Customer installations), Billingbooth & Go Gardless (payment systems).
