Posting and allocation of daily bank receipts, using Sage. Posting and allocation of Trade Counter receipts, using Sage. Reviewing debtors’ ledger for any customers who exceeded their credit limits. Liaising with sales in relation to customers who are close or about to exceed their credit limit. Liaising with customers either by e-mail or phone in relation to outstanding debt or accounts which are going to exceed their credit limit and ensuring that the accounts are not put on stop and disrupting the sales supply chain to the customers. Liaising with sales and other departments to resolve customer queries, either by phone, e-mail or TEAMS, using SAGE and ACCESS to help provide expediate and investigate any queries. Attend internal and external TEAMS meetings to ensure good communication internally and externally to ensure that queries and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Send copy invoices and credit notes to customers using DOCUWARE. Send PODs to customers. Creating new customers using CODIS. Where applicable create allocation reports using VLOOKUP to ensure large account receipts are allocated correctly, this would include allocating invoices, credit notes and journals to payments correctly and ensuring that these reports are kept in an accurate and retrievable system. Providing statements and account reports to customers using QlikView. Software used: Word, Excel, CODIS, SAGE, ACCESS, Docuware, TEAMS and QlikView.
