As an engineer tested and integrated the IRBM and ICBM weapons systems for the USA. Launched the first missile from the West Coast of the USA, Launched the first satellite in polar orbit. As test Conductor responsible for integration of all systems and launches of ICBMs from underground silos at Vandenberg AFB. Worked in a select group for major planning for the Manned Orbital Laboratory launch system. Real Estate Experience includes acquisition, financing, planning, budgeting, advertising, forecasting, training, marketing, and sales executive experience for raw land investment and second home development projects. In addition, my experience includes being the Owner and managing partner for all phases of residential development. My responsibilities included acquisition, financing, planning, design, permitting, contracting, construction, advertising, marketing, and sales. Further, experience includes 20 years in the timeshare industry as a developer, owner, and at times a chief executive or executive V.P. responsible for all facets of the projects with which I was affiliated. M J Properties was formed in 1979 and specializes in deal making and development, acquisition, financing, project planning, marketing, advertising, and sales. Omega International Inc. was formed in 1980 and developed and built residential housing, timeshare properties,and land subdivisions. Gemini Marketing and Sales Corp and Odyssey Marketing and Sales Corp were formed to service 5 timeshare projects in Calif. and Nev. I am also a motivational speaker having lectured at various events in the last few years.
