   Responsible to help shape the future of the Finance organization. As part of Citi Finance’s transformation program, R2R GPO is charged with leading Finance’s efforts to provide accurate information of the highest quality to our customers, shareholders and regulators. R2R processes are comprised of those sets of activities that begin with defining and establishing appropriate data standards and ensuring readiness for consumers, standardizing the accounting and processing of transactions to financial systems, implementing a comprehensive set of integrated financial closing processes, which then culminates with instituting common and optimized financial / regulatory reporting processes. Strategic reporting subject matter expert responsible for communicating process and functionality requirements to Finance, Finance and Risk Shared Services (FRSS) and technology teams in order to drive improvements in the regulatory reporting process. Communicate dependencies between technology, operations, and implementation teams to successfully implement process and related system transformations Develop and implement standardized and efficient end-to-end reporting processes for activities associated with US and Local regulatory reporting. Partner with Finance groups to provide reporting and best practices guidance. Transform disparate processes into a streamlined, standardized and best-in-class global process, while understanding the requisite level of detail required for successful implementations. This includes the removal of legacy process and system silos. Partner with technology leaders to prioritize and align technology roadmaps to process improvement plans for US and Local regulatory reporting.
