Where these do not align, identify opportunities, for example, rationalisation, expansion or re-configuration.* Create and sustain a partnership across the organisation and supply chain so everyone is working towards the same goal and driving improvements.* Advising on estate management matters and driving value through an in-house/outsourced service provider model/s, drive and coordinate a fit for purpose approach to planned and reactive maintenance, security, health and safety, asset valuations, project and facilities management.* Effective, timely communication with the ability to adapt the message to the audience. I have presented, regularly, to a large audience as well as to smaller meetings and in written report form.
