Performs all payroll-related functions including but not limited to processing separation of employment, status changes, tax changes, deductions, direct deposit changes and garnishments.Enters and audits New Hires and Rehires for pay rates, shift differentials, pay class determination, earnings, taxes, deductions, and PTO plans. Trains all New Hires on the functionality and uses of ADP Workforce Now.Reviews and verifies payroll data prior to final payroll submission and approval. This would include all regular pay for Exempt and Non-Exempt team members, overtime, bonus payments, other premium pay, and shift-differentials. Works with People Team leaders to identify issues and problem solve before they become larger issues.Support Payroll Manager and Director of Total Rewards with any initiatives, projects, and process improvements. Trains Managers and Supervisors on Time & Attendance processes including correcting missing punches, adding reason codes, approving timesheets, checking for hours worked, and time off requests.
