ABOUT MARK JENKINS

Hey there! I’m Mark Jenkins, and I serve as the Spiritual Formation Pastor at Flatirons Community Church. I get to lead alongside some incredible people, helping folks across our campuses (and online) connect with God, build real community, and step into the kind of life Jesus offers…not just someday, but right now.Before stepping into ministry, I spent 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, where I learned a lot about leadership, resilience, systems and processes, and showing up for people. These days, I bring that same heart into the local church, helping people move from just attending church to actually becoming part of a life-giving, discipleship-focused community.I believe every person is wired for connection with God and with others and I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can be real, be known, and grow. Whether that’s around a firepit with a group of guys, in a weekly small group, on campus groups, or at a weekend service, I want people to know they matter and that Jesus meets us right where we are…no need to clean up first.If you’re into building disciples, developing people, or just love talking strategy over coffee or a good plate of BBQ, let’s connect.
