Experience
Vice President of Dmpk and Nonclinical Safety
Dec 2023 — Present · San Diego, CA, US
Spyre is focused on developing next-generation therapeutics for people living with IBD, including ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn’s disease (CD). Our portfolio of novel and proprietary monoclonal antibody candidates has the potential to address unmet needs in IBD care. We believe our pipeline candidates may provide promising treatment options to help patients living with IBD. As VP of DMPK and NCS, I lead or contribute to planning and supporting IND-enabling studies for Spyre’s monoclonal antibody programs, including bioanalysis, pharmacokinetics, drug metabolism, pharmacology, and toxicology. I also contribute to authoring and maintaining regulatory documents including investigator’s brochures (IBs), clinical trial applications (CTAs), Investigational New Drug Applications (INDs) and FDA meeting briefing books.
