   Our firm is the pre-eminent cruise tourism planning, architectural and engineering group worldwide. We have brought more cruise-related projects from concept to completion than any other firm. B&A recently completed four cruise terminal facilities at Port Everglades for Carnival Corporation and another at the Port of Miami - Terminal D&E; were the design architects for the new Singapore International Cruise Terminal inaugurated in the fall 2012; are the conceptual designers and peer review team for the new Hong Kong Kai Tak Cruise Terminal scheduled to open this year; are the cruise experts on the San Francisco Pier 27 Cruise Terminal that will serve as the headquarters for America\'s Cup prior to its official use as a terminal facility; and have completed cruise waterfront master plans in Dublin, Gibraltar, Valencia and Genoa, among others in 2012. We are also working on cruise market assessments, strategic plans and terminal operating plans for destinations worldwide including Victoria, BC, Vancouver, BC, Halifax, NS, Bar Harbor, Maine, San Diego (we also designed and were the construction managers for the Broadway Cruise Terminal - the first LEED Certified Gold cruise terminal in the US), Jaxport, Tampa, Cape Verde, Elsinore, Denmark, and many others. I spend most of my efforts on the front end conducting cruise market assessments; feasibility studies; master plans; and the preliminary plan designs for waterfronts, cruise terminals, marinas, etc. We approach each project from a business perspective to ensure the project can be financially viable and successful from an operational perspective.
