   I started working for Ishii Design, my Father\'s design firm, during my high school summer break in 1982. I continued to learn the family business until I left to attend college at Southern Utah University.When I returned, I worked for Foot Locker for approximately a year and then returned to the family business. Shortly after, my Father chose to move to Lake Tahoe and asked my brother and I if we would like to take over the business-we eagerly agreed.Our decision was strongly based on our passion for helping others realize their dreams. We find that we do our best work when working with those that are passionate about generating demand for their products and services. It is for this reason that the we often find ourselves working with business owners and sales professionals.We would love the opportunity to make a connection and help you take your business to the next level.
