My approach focuses on the gradient model, empowering staff to prioritise proactive and preventative strategies that reduce the need for restrictive interventions. I am committed to helping others understand behaviour as a form of communication and to fostering compassionate, ethical support that enhances the quality of life for every individual.

I started my career as a Support Worker, a role I thoroughly enjoyed. I am extremely passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities and Autism to maximise their potential. I have progressed in my career to Senior Support Worker roles through to Service Manager. I thoroughly enjoy my current role and supporting people to increase their quality of life. I am very passionate about restraint reduction programmes.
