Fulfilled the role of Assistant Director of Residential Life; January June 2005. Promoted to Associate Director in July 2005.Responsible for departmental professional and student paraprofessional staffing, training and educational programming for university residential community of person for all departmental crisis responses. Primarily psychological in nature. Maintain departmental records.Coordinate department wide duty coverage for handling after hour emergencies that range from facilities issues to behavioral issues to psychological crises. Participate in said duty rotation. Coordinates departmental response to students who are a part of the university\'s Good Samaritan Policy. Liaison for departmental collaborative efforts with University Athletics, Counseling and Psychological Services, Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF), New Student Orientation, Monmouth University Police and First Year Advising.Taught a one credit bearing First Year Seminar class which focused on transitional issues that students face when arriving to college. Taught from Fall to Fall 2009.Served on campus wide committees; Middle States Accreditation,(Student Life), Crisis Intervention Team (CIT), COVID Response Team (CRT) President\'s Advisory Committee as it pertains to Wilson Hall,\"Play for Kay\" Basketball event for Breast Cancer Awareness, African- American History Month,\" Walk A Mile in Her Shoes\" and \"Take Back the Night\" programming committees.
