With over 20 years experience in the restaurant sector, have worked with corporate as COO running Yum\'s franchise business in Europe, guiding and assisting the franchisees from a general management and operational perspective through to strategic growth. More recently running my own consultancy, Kikkiroissi focused on the restaurant, QSR and franchise environment supporting numerous brands in geographies around the world. A key project for the last 5+ years has been to support the KFC and Pizza Hut business in Romania where we have delivered excellent growth and development over this time frame.
