   Ensure the success of operation efforts by managing the inventory levels and flow between locations. Responsible for maintaining inventory levels as to not impact the customer or their business. Enhance operating efficiency and improve customer satisfaction by identifying inefficiencies and updating standard operating procedures- Prepare and analyze site Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics. Communicate with locations that are not meeting metrics. Identify reasons and provide coaching on how to improve on the KPI metrics. Create Ad-Hoc reports utilizing Macro VBA\'s. Update, correct or create new Macro VBA\'s as needed- Analyze reports to identify inventory trends and usage. Research and determine root cause analysis and provide solutions.
