These systems support the United States Air Force (AF), AF Reserve, and Air National Guard units at 274 different locations. Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in facility maintenance for AF installations, Emergency Management, Expeditionary Engineering, Fire Emergency Services Information Management System (FES-IMS), work control, supply, and operations management. Performs comprehensive assessments and evaluation of financial, technical, and functional program goals, and objectives, which provided foundation support for long-range requirements to enhance the organization\'s management capabilities. Manages as project manager for the ACES FoS $12.5M yearly program, by conducting surveillance activities over the developing contractor for ACES FoS software using time, cost, and performance standards of program management. Using process improvement principles to ensure software are current with Air Force Instructions (AFI), budgetary policies, and industry standards by updating and refining requirements, business processes, expected capabilities, interfaces, target architecture, and system deployment issues. Managed a broad range of engineering and construction standards, techniques, practices, and procedures, materials, and equipment to determine compliance with federal, state, and local codes and regulations. Perform research, analysis, interpretations, and apply rules, regulations, and procedures to ensure civil engineering systems meet all requirements. Develop detailed solutions and provide recommended solutions based on justifiable facts and evidence. Brief several different senior level business panels on ACES FoS status, requirements, and data requirements.
