Over 20 years’ experience in Commissioning, Startup and Process Operations. My experience is in but not limited to- Chemical Plants, Refineries, Gas Plants, RDU, RNG, LNG, Gas Compressor Stations, Pipeline, Gasification/Power Plant, Off-shore Production Platforms, Water Treatment Facilities and Precious Metals Mining.Professional Experience: Areas of Focus across the U.S, Mexico, and Europe - Engineering Support during the design phase.(Pre-FID / FEL 1-3) Reading, Reviewing and Walking P & ID\'s to verify Operational Readiness and as-built completion vs. design. Professional Operations Consulting and Managing for project reliability and sustainability. Managing Pre-Startup Safety Review Team prior to Pre-Commissioning and final commissioning/operational activities. Production Operating at a Professional Level. DCS and HMI Operations experience in but not limited to- Delta V, Emerson Ovation, Honeywell, Process Suite, Compressor Controls Corp, Dresser Rand Platforms, etc. Mechanical completion, Construction Oversight, verifying acceptance for Commissioning and Startup of new facilities. Developing and executing punch lists. Supporting function checking control valves, Loop checks/cross referencing instruments from control room. Writing/Reviewing/Modifying CSU and NO procedures for a safe and effective startup to operation utilizing Process Safety Management.(Including ATR Smart Procedure) Proficient in Windows- PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, Project, Bluebeam and Navisworks.
