Founded H2 Contracting as Managing Member in 2010, with a primary focus on renewable energy project design and construction. In 2012, the Company acquired Hessert Construction New Jersey, LLC and assumed management of all construction operations of Hessert Corp, a general contractor in the institutional and public sectors. I divested of the H2 Holdings and certain Hessert Companies in late 2015, having brought annual revenues from under $10M/yr in 2010 to over $50M/yr in 2015. My extensive experience in business start-up, policy formation, mergers and acquisitions, and process refinement, while retaining primary responsibility for the quality services delivered, have proven to inspire trust and confidence of not only Owners and investors, but of employees and subcontractors as well. The company still exists, but has been relatively \"dormant\" with the exception of a few projects since 2016.
