ABOUT MARK HART

Finally, after what is now over forty working years, I am so delighted that I have finally arrived at a place of deep, personal satisfaction, how many do you know that can honestly say that? It has not been easy, but in 2020 when I embarked on a significant personal journey to be \'truly authentic\', and this statement sums up where I am today:“I feel I now have the capability and the toolkit to live a life that I\'m proud of, proud of who I am and authentic. And I don\'t mind if people like that or not.” If you are interested in understanding more of my journey with my amazing coach Charlotte Fowles, please follow the enclosed leaving the organization 30th April 2023, I am equally a strong advocate of the amazing work that DHL supports globally through its DHL Foundation, and I was delighted to be a \'Go Teach Champion\', specifically supporting the wonderful children and teaching staff of Derby Moor Spencer Academy personal journey supporting the school, Andrew Kilgour and its wonderful teachers will continue in 2023.If you wish to find out more about DHL\'s amazing work specifically in the only taking strides to constantly move forward \'personally\', but I was also so privileged to have what I believe is the best team and best job in the world, leading my \'HST family\' and very much integrated as part of the \'NHS team\' procurement function until 30th April 2023. For me, the NHS remains core to my identity as a leader, my passion, and my whole \'being\', and I hope for many more years to come!I am qualified for Masters\' Degree (merit) level in Business Administration, and qualified as a Fellow within the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply, with extensive procurement experience in healthcare, services, and retail sectors, built up over the last thirty-two years.I am an expert in delivering high-impact organizational change, through inspired and engaged colleagues, and will remain focused on leveraging my capability with like-minded organizations that require value-based sustainable change.
