I\'m privileged to work with an amazing team of professionals at U.S. Fleet Forces. Principle advisor to the 4 Star Commander on Maritime Homeland Defense (MHD). Actively leading a DoD-wide cross-functional team, including Navy, USPACECOM, Space Force, and Defense Agencies, to integrate joint weapons acquisition programs at the Fleet MOC. Leads U.S. NORTHCOM cross-functional planning and operational integration for maritime strategic competition with China and Russia. Developed 15+ specific response operations across threat vectors, leveraging the full range of capabilities, information, and special programs. Represents Navy equities to U.S. Space Force for Requirements definition and Capabilities Development Document (CDD), resulting in the first three Fleet demonstrations and training events for space-related capabilities. Works in multi-level security environments and program levels to deliver operationally whole response options to leverage DoD’s competitive advantages across all services and domains. Led the U.S. Fleet Forces Command Fleet Battle Problem (FBP) team, providing Operational Level of War (OLW) evaluation and Maritime Operations Center (MOC) integration of new technologies and concepts, including unmanned, Electronic Warfare, Electronic Protect, underseas, and Logistics in a Contested Environment (LOCE).
