   Led strategic conversations, created internal alignment, and secured the CAPEX to create, from the ground up, Studio X, a dedicated State of the Art, Production Studio for XBOX Games Marketing. A Studio where the welcoming environment, a world-class team, and cutting-edge technology foster breakthrough creative possibilities to support groundbreaking storytelling. “Limitless” is our clear North Star. In this new world of digital-first strategies, the Studio delivers incredible creative flexibility for our broadcast beats that can support: Fully immersive Extended Reality (xR) environments, 2D environments, 3D and AR elements, and traditional sets. For Studio X: • XBOX will be a leader of the digital engagement future. We create digital-first anchors, which in-person activations will begin to be an additional tactic when possible to do safely • Pulled together a team – spanning operations, logistics, technology, production, and creative development • Control booking prioritization – The Studio is a dedicated production space for the Gaming P&L • Create Production and Financial efficiency through smart process and consistency - predictable, environment, production teams, and technology Additionally: • Lead the XBOX portfolio of immersive LOFT environments (San Francisco/Los Angeles); premier extension of the XBOX brand that foster diverse content generation • Lead the production of a diverse portfolio of XBOX events • Lead Security and Technical teams • Manage multi-million-dollar budgets
