Senior Business Manager @Hays

Currently working as a Senior Business Manager for Hays Technology in Manchester, heading up the Leadership and Transformational Change division for the North West. I also manage a team of perm consultants across our Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Project Delivery, Business Change, Data Analytics, BI, SAP, ERP and Software Development functions. I typically work on senior level opportunities from Heads of Department, Director and C-Level retained campaigns for clients across the public and private sectors, including Central & Local Government, NHS, Not-for-Profit, Higher Education, FinTech, Professional Services, Manufacturing and Retail. Typical roles include CIO, CTO, IT Director, Head of IT, Head of Transformation, Project & Programme Managers and Business Change Managers / Analysts. I also have experience of volume recruitment, having managed delivery teams on large multi-role campaigns and national RPO contracts.
