Though my experience over the last decade in leading a global account engineering operation, I am most interested in utilizing the skills I have developed in the course of my career in risk engineering, computer modeling of hot rolling operations and being an assistant director of hospital laboratory to positively affect the profitability and reputation of my employer. •Built structured engineering organization and headed the account engineering function initially in the U.S. then expanded operations to cover Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Singapore and Australia. Developed account assessment process for analysing accounts and providing underwriting pricing parameters. •Directly managed staff numbering as many as 17 Account Engineers and another dozen globally indirectly while providing marketing support to underwriting throughout the region and still maintained my own account handling responsibilites. •Have account engineered or risk consulted at nearly all types of occupancies including metal working, automotive, pharmaceutical, food, distilleries and petrochemical. Specialties: Decision-making, analytical skills, inter-relationship skills, and broad HPR / non-HPR risk engineering principles.
