The Senior Estimator will ensure that all estimates, schedules, construction reviews, value engineering efforts, cost report planning and purchase planning efforts and documents are prepared as scheduled and to the levels of quality and detail required. The Senior Estimator prepares bid packages, complete conceptual and final estimating input on complex CM/GC work or complete total bid price for GC work, analysis of subcontractor bids, etc, for projects of medium size and complexity. The Senior Estimator interfaces with owner, A/E\'s and subcontractors to resolve technical matters during design and provides value engineering and cost data regarding project feasibility.
