I enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and partners to solve problems, create opportunities and improve services. The most important resource any organisation has is it\'s people. I am extremely fortunate to have worked at wonderful organisations with many brilliant colleagues, most notably at Barnsley Council, SYMCA and Cambridgeshire Police. Recent personal challenges have enabled me to reassess \'what matters most\', and has provided me with renewed motivation and drive to make a difference in any position that I hold.Looking to connect with colleagues old and new, and develop a network of excellence.
