Mark Gurney FCA is an accomplished and commercially driven finance leader with over 22 years’ post-qualified experience spanning IPO delivery, M&A, treasury, and project finance across UK and international markets. He has held senior roles in listed, private equity-backed, and privately owned businesses, bringing strategic vision, operational discipline, and deep sector knowledge to complex, high-growth environments.Currently serving as Europe CFO and Global Director of Finance at Noventiq.Prior to this Mark worked at Crayon Group Holding ASA - a Norwegian-listed $5.3bn software and cloud consultancy - Mark oversaw multi-billion-euro revenues across Western, Southern, and Eastern Europe, driving profitability, transformation, and investment in high-growth areas such as AI, data, and cybersecurity. His remit included strategic finance leadership, shared services optimisation, and regional growth, delivering measurable uplifts in gross profit and EBITDA.Mark’s career at Crayon spanned over a decade, where he had been part of the company’s IPO on the Oslo Bors Stock Exchange, integration of multiple international acquisitions, and the establishment of a high-performing finance shared service centre in India.
