Oversees the Americas-East and Canada Regional Corporate Security program and serves as the security subject matter expert within region. Oversees site security leads (many of whom are shared resources across the Corporate Services organization) and outsourced vendors that provide security services. Works with the Global Head of Life Safety to help initiate a life safety program in the region. Partners with business leaders across the region to ensure that Security programs are well socialized and designed to meet the needs of the business. Ensures the firm remains abreast of industry trends and is continuously improving security and life safety processes and practices to mitigate associated risks. Maintains strong ties with local, state and federal government law enforcement officials to ensure the firm can respond appropriately to local, state or national events or crisis. Partners with Corporate Risk Management team to mitigate risks related to security and implement risk reporting tools. Partners with Facilities and Engineering Heads to ensure global practices are appropriately adapted for local business needs. Responsible for staffing, equipping and training of the regional 24/7 Security Command Center tasked with providing real time information to the firm\'s leadership to make decisions in order to protect staff, travelers, assets, and brand reputation. Works with the firm\'s Risk and Quantitative Analysis Group to identify gaps in current and prospective 3rd party vendor\'s Physical and Environmental Security programs.
